Welcome to Village Place, a transformative mixed-use development that will be tastefully tucked away in the Village North Palm Beach. Nearly one quarter of this pedestrian-oriented town center will remain as open space, which includes more than an acre of greenspace in the community's center for activities. Retail, dining and residential offerings will be added over a phased 10-year plan. Led by Cypress Realty of Florida and local developer, Nader Salour, this project will revitalize the area near U.S. 1 and Palmetto Drive in a way consistent with the Village's plan for the future.

COMMUNITY BENEFITS

Large, interconnected sidewalks and golf cart parking are welcoming features for this "live, work, play" environment that revitalizes the old Twin City Mall site. Area residents can enjoy community activities such as yoga and a green market in the central civic area, as well as a variety of restaurants and retailers.


Fully compliant with the Village's Comprehensive Development Plan and aligned with the Citizen's Master Plan Report, Village Place sets buildings back from roadways and places taller buildings on the site's interior. 

Bringing $700 million of investment into the community will inject additional tax revenues, which can help fund municipal services to further enhance the community that is proud to tout being "The Best Place Under The Sun."
